Your docket number is 22126621 & consumer i'd[protected]. I paid my previous bill rs 387 through payzapp & they confirmed that it is credited to your account. But in spite of this now it shows outstanding bill amount 397.40 in new bill. See last bill payment screenshot. If you don't solve my problem within 5 days i will go to consumer forum. Totally harrassment by wbsedcl. Solve urgently.

I paid my electricity bill by Freecharge but it is showing still pending in official website so what can I do now but money but money has debited from my bank account... so please suggest me something
