Sir, I would like to inform you that after receiving the bill ( Bill period- march 2021-May 2021 on 5/3/2021. I have paid the outstanding billing amount of Rs.2056.00 through PAYZAPP application by DEBIT CARD and the payment was successful.The transaction id of that transaction is - HD011065BA1AAAAC0RMJ (screenshot attached) and the money was deducted from HDFC bank account (KAUSHIK KARFORMA) and the money is deposited to WBSEDCL BANK Account. But sir my bill is still showing unpaid on your website and I have not yet received any money receipt document from your side.That's why I am so worried and don't understand what I should do now.
