[Resolved] West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Money debited from SBI account but WBSEDCL shows failure status | |||
I have paid my WBSEDCL electricity bill for the month of September 2021 on 2nd September, 2021using VIDYUT SAHAYOGI app and payment was done via PHONE pe apps linked with SBI account. A bill of Rs 441 has been deducted from my SBI account on 2nd September but WBSEDCL says thay have not got the payment from bank. What shall I do no? No refund is come from any one? Question is who will make me the refund WBSEDCL /Phonepe/SBI?transaction id is-T2109021548188349879507 and UTR no is[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
