Refernce Consumer I/D[protected] and con name is Abanti Kr Manna, Bank Pay ref no[protected]/WBSEDCL dated 13/01/2016 amounting to Rs.7192/- and the payment was made successful in my bank transaction record.But till today neither shows the above payment in your online payment history or not issued any bill payment receipt. please look after this matter urgently.

my con. id.[protected], i try to payment on line but i) they repeatedly shows that valid card no. but card no is correct ii) they wants expiry date of debit(maestro) card but my card shown only valid from iii) they wants cvv no.which is not available . pl. proper guide line is awaiting .
The bill to be paid is not shown in the Website "Pay bill". I think it's not working properly.

your website is not working properly at the time of payment online. After select payment gateway and agree option i do select submit option but alas it get hanged.

Sir, my consumer ID[protected].my prblm sir that, my payment receipt is successfull but seen to peding this bill feb2017.
Now I just online bill pay with debit card, 8 customer id bill is successfully payment but 9th id is not successfully she s payment can not be mode why, ... i call debit card customer center but no problem of the card and no rule of the many transaction .

My electricity bill of Rs 2410/- for the Quarter ending August, 2017 is to be paid online but despite several attempts, page for payment through net-banking page does not open due probably to your server problem.
