West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Receipt not generated despite bill payment

I paid the bill through Internet banking (UCO bank Transaction No.IBP BILLDESK[protected] on[protected]Bill amount - Rs.841/-). Bank debited Rs.845.49 against the said bill amount(Payment confirmation No.3490808) but no receipt from WBSEDCL portal has been generated till date. Even today when I open the WBSEDCL portal, due bill till displayed in the screen.
