West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Request for refund of excess payment of Rs.4372/- in October,25 bill

My Customer ID:[protected]. While paying my October, 25 bill online thru my
SCB cr. card on 25/10/2025, i inadvertently paid the 3 quarter payment of
Rs. 4372/- to some other cust id by mistake. To update my bill payment, later I
paid Rs. 2961/- on 29/10/25 (2 qr).
I did put my complain to CRM cell on 3/11/25 in this regard and later again on
5/11/25 on the basis of response from CRM on 4/11/25. In my email dt 5/11/25,
I have addressed the queries raised by CRM which was : Txn ID of fund transfer thru Std Chartered bank and that is 74012565298542619265841 dt.
25.10.2025.
I would request you to docket my complain and arrange for refund. I am 86 yrs old and am prone to make some mistakes at times.
