Sir, i registered on www.wbsedcl.in portal but now i can not login the portal by giving correct credentials and getting an exception. I have called many times to the wbsedcl helpline (19121) but after receiving they are calling off. I mailed to [protected]@wbsedcl.in department with providing proper print screen three months before but they are so irresponsible that they have not resolve the issue yet. For this reason i can not login the portal. Please resolve the issue asap.

payment date - 01/11/2018
ammount debited from bank account but WBSEDCL payment status failed.
please take an action on this matter.
