West Bengal Taxi Service — Taxi Refusal in Kolkata | |||
Hello, I am facing this issue for a very long time. The yellow taxis and white taxis in my locality(Teghoria-Kolkata 59) refused to budge in every single day. I have to travel to my office which is in Rajarhat-Unitech building, and the meter reading is approx INR 110. However I am forced to pay INR 150-200, every single day. The taxi stand near my house(Jyangra Chow Matha) has a strong union, and the taxi drivers harrass me daily with this extra cost. Even if I manage to get one taxi w/o the extra price, they do not let me board the taxi and threaten the other drivers. This is happening since last 3 months and I have no other way but this to go to office. This is happening even with the white ones written"no refusal". Please take strong and quick action on this.
