Western Digital — 2 TB Hard Disk (SN # WX61A15RHH5L) | |||||
In mid of year 2016, i purchased 2 tb hard disk (SN # WX61A15RHH5L) and after few months o[censored]se it stop to work in any camput. then i make a request to Western Digital to replace it and they generate RMS (RMA #[protected] and fixed 18th of Jan'17 to pick my disk but on that day, i waited till 8 pm and did not get any call from them. again fixed for 21st Jan but didnt get any call and when calling them not getting any positive response. my hard disk is still in warranty period and in April it will be finished.
