waiting for Replacement of Hard disk since 1st April 2012

Harddish is under warranty and then also company is not replacing the product

bad service for replacement

Hi!

I purchased a 500GB External USB Hard Disk Drive in June 2009. It carried a Warranty of 3 years.

The Drive failed in September 2010. I raised an RMA as part of the process to get the drive replaced.
Since then I have been waiting for them to send me a replacement drive. Have had created two RMA request myself for the replacement as there is expiry date to each RMA requests, Western Ditital created...
