Western Digital — My 2tb hard drive from the last two months is not working

this is to inform you that i am a seafarer and i have bought a harddrive of 2 tb from best buy but from the last 2 months it is not working and my warranty period will get over this month.and i am at sea so please can you help to replace the drive or recover my files from it because may be it will take some time to come usa atleast 2 months from now as i am on ship.please do the needful as i am a seafarer i am helpless to come to any of the best buy.if you can give me some complaint number now so that next time if i go to any of the best buy and show them my hard drive and they replace it please sir/madam help me out with this problem.
