I created an RMA on March 25, it now over 20 days and still my replacement drive is still not shipped.
I have contacted more that 20 times and no one has resolved my issue. Each time they are updating me that it will be shipped in 48 hours.
The WD SATA 240GB SSD drive has now failed 3 times in 3 months. First two times I replaced on Amazon, and the third time it got stuck in RMA from WD for over 20 days. I lost data three time because of this.
Please try to send a NVME drive instead of SATA drive as it failed 3 times already. I needed it for my college project and Im stuck in the replacement process now. I do not have enough cash to get a new drive. If replacement is not possible, they should at least send me a refund so I can get a new drive as I am unable to do my college project due to this Was this information helpful? |
