Its being approximately 2 weeks now that i have submitted the hard drive to nehru place center, india. But there was no response and i tried to contact the customer c are but was very unsatisfied with the response. Poor customer care skills and service. Because they do not even know the reason why there is a delay and what sort o[censored]rgency that the another person has. Its affecting my work because i already delay my official trip.
