Hey.. my Hard disk is not working. showing my files but not transferring to another hard disk or device..please give a proper and soon response.. i have lost my bill but it is under warranty. The hard disk is buying recent time and it is not work properly. And in the hard disk important data loaded and the hard disk is showing files but not opening and not copy to the other hard disk or system.
