I had an issue with my WD Element 1.5TB portable hard disk to which I have handed over the faulty disk to the collection center on 17th of September 2021.
They provided me with the RMA number- [protected] and informed me that the replacement disk will be delivered within 10 days.
The status of my RMA still has not been updated and still shown as processing.
When ever I communicate with Support Team they assure the issue to be resolved within 2-3 days.
The same reply has been provided to me more than 4 times till now.
