I have purchased this hard drive from california u. S. Thinking that as usual to prior there will be same warranty policy for all hard disk as in india where we use to get warranty from 3-5 yeas atleast. My hard drive is not detected in my pc and giving continous beep sound. On contacting customer care they are saying that purchasing this product from u. S. U will get 1 year warranty. I m very much disappointed that my money wasted, my data lost. At the time of sale or on my bill they never mentioned me that this is having 1 year warranty.
