I have a mybook live Duo that WD advertised to trade in due to recent security issue.
On July 13th, a trade in request was created on WD portal - Request number[protected], providing all the required details for the trade in.
Since July 13, i've followed up with WD on 19th, 20th, 26th of July and the only information i have so far is someone at the higher level in WD eviewing the request.
This is very poor service. Request a quick closure to the trade-in request Was this information helpful? |
