We also have signed the membership with Western Holiday Club Pvt. Ltd. Pune and they have promised many enrollment like health club, summer camp but noting happen so far, I have done many follow up but there is no proper response from them and many time customer service phone but no response. I also plan for vacation but they have not yet book my hotel. I am not sure what need to done now

This is Mohit Kapoor, I am also having membership of Western holidays on 6th November 2016.First of all they told you will not have to pay any interest if you pay by credit card(membership amount=140000). After that when bank applied the interest then they agreed to pay interest to me but for interest I had to take follow-up every month.No body was replying properly. they have given only one number i.e. Manoj who always pick the call and says manoj is sleeping or he is not near. sometimes they say that this no is residing in office and manoj is not here. After 6 months after so many followups I got my interest amount. Now in April I asked for GYM membership for which they told that you please pay money to gym and then we will refund 16000 rs. After so many follow ups they have refunded only 8000 rs and 8000 rs are still pending I don't know how they are running the company as no body is there where we can raise complaint. I am calling manoj parvey Vijay nobody is responding or either giving mobile to some other person. we want justice

This is only regarding gym where they are not able to pay pending 8000 INR. How they are going to book Holiday packages which are very costly.

I would give 0 rating. I feeling like I have signed contract with them for crying for five years. Being an armyman my hard earned is gone in vain. Everything false. Nothing true. They never book your hotels on time. There are so many ifs and buts which they tell at time of payment. They cheat you by telling u do many offers. They fo not give any of them. I have to plan my holidays according to them.
I would not recommend you to put your hard earned money for remaining in stress for 5 years and depending on their package and feel cheated...
Its making fool bussiness...not honest . Good and guinine companies keep their customers happy. Its definetly something fishy which is not catched.

Customer satisfaction is zero ...no customer relation .. once you have paid . Just bear the pain . They are not bothered to provide you service. Their sales team target is just to close the deal anyhow...after that you go to hell and cry for your money. They never tell ifs and but while seeling you the package. I am really stressed...feeling I have buyied stress for myself ...I am living paid stress...rather . In 1 lakh Rs i would have enjoyed my trip well...now I have to beg...cry...with them for my own hard earned money.

They are fooling that is why they dont give time to think...they want us to finalise it same day. They are big liars and cheaters they tell about so many offers but when you take the package everything is forgotten . Its been 45 days we have not received any membership card ...nor any membership benefits like dinner once in a month and passes for events...expert sales team of liars and cheaters sitting there.
Pls beware dont get cheated...if they dont feel shamed of cheating an ARMYMAN WHO STANDS ALWAYS FOR THEM IN ANY SITUATION, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE...THEN THEY CAN CHEAT ANYBODY...SOMETIMES FEEL BAD THAT WE HAVE SUCH PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY FOR WHOM WE ARE SERVING...lets see if they can digest our hard earned money. All the complaints given in this forum is absolutely true. Western Holidays lure the people by giving out tokens in malls where they ask to give out mobile number to avail free gifts. After that they give a call asking to show up in their office to collect free gift which is in Mulund. Once you reach there they sweet talk about the holiday package and luxury hotel tie up they have domestic and international and even show photographs. They mention that we can select any hotel of our choice 3* or 5* with the package. I asked how they can afford all these if we select the luxury hotels for which they replied that Western Holiday book the hotel rooms in bulk for which they gets discount and offer the same to the customers. Considering that we signed up for 3 days and 2 nights package for 15000. They even make you sign agreement on stamp paper. Now when we are trying to reach the customer care to book holiday, it is unavailable. Finally had to send an email to book my itinerary. I requested them to book the hotel Leela in Goa for which they responded that it cannot be booked as we have paid less. So have to select the hotel from the list they provide. When I checked the hotel rates which they have given, it was less than 4000 per day. So if my book the hotel all by myself it will only cost be 8000, so why I had to pay 15000 to Western Holiday to suffer a loss of Rs 7000. I tried to reason with the customer care executive and they told that they promised 3* or 5* hotel, but not the hotel of customer choice. I asked for refund which they denied. Now I'm impelled to select a hotel from the choices they have given. Still there is no confirmation if my hotel is even booked because its as per availability. Western Holidays are completely fraud and cheat the customers. If anyone is going for legal proceedings to bring the defaulters to book, kindly submit my complaint as well.

I had also requested you to change our bookin for hotel as in Shimla 2 gights i.e. on 10th & 11th Dec. & in Manali 12th to 15th Dec-2017. This change is because the return flight as been preponded, this also because of delay from your end.
Am still waiting for your response & reply in details. Also send me hotel booikg details, the cab package you send were also very expensive.

less than zero rating to the service . There is no response from the contact number provided to us it seems we have lost our Rs 62500 + 5000 Booking amount towards the membership . I too seems cheated yesterday by Western Holidays in Mulund and worried about my upfront payments made to them.
I have been promised for Hotel Booking this week in Goa after already paying large sum in advance only if I paid AMC charges which I am afraid another way to cheat

I visited yesturday only on 21st july 2017. Thanks god i have paid 1000 cash only. They are coming on monday to collect cheque of 95000. I read all this just now after doing google search. I am 100% sure they are fraud . Now i m not going to pay them single money.
What i think we all should have to come together and decide a action plan against them. I am having contacts in social and political era. We can attack their mulund office, we can take police help. We will screw them and try to get our money back. Its not about my 1000 rs. Its about fraud.
