Westside — customer service issue

Dear [Store Manager / Customer Care Team],

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the unpleasant experience I had while shopping at your DB City Mall, 1st floor (Women’s Section), Bhopal.

This is the third time I have faced issues with customer service at this outlet at the cash counter in women section. During my recent visit, the cashier’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disappointing:

The cashier first asked for my mobile number, and even though my number was already registered, he insisted on asking for another number.

After that the cashier insisted multiple times (7–8 times) that I opt for a membership, despite my clear refusal.

He attempted to add ₹100 towards membership without my consent.

On refusing the membership, he denied accepting card payment and forced me to pay by cash.

After intervention from another staff member, he reluctantly processed the bill but refused to provide the handbag, which he intentionally excluded from the bill after my refusal for membership.

Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable and creates a very negative impression of your brand. I request you to kindly take strict action against such practices and ensure that customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Please acknowledge this complaint and let me know the steps being taken to address the issue.
