We shop twice in a year at westside sigra vns to avail birthday discount..in march 2018 i purchased a dress for my daughter which she did not like but i failed to bring it in my further shopping... Today only i took that article to exchange as there is no question exchange policy for gold card holders but the staff and manager denied..
I am quite upset with this

After purchasing dress from Westside dehradun they denied to give free carry bag. They must give free paper bag but for that also they are charging.

    I was given two gift cards by my friends. One had written 3000rs which i used for shopping at westside, powai, above hai ko mall. On 3/07/2019. The other i asked the counter staff about the amount and he checked and told me rs1000. Balance. I kept the card for future use. When i again went on 19/08/2019., ankit swiped my card at three counters and said balance is zero. Manager satish is clueless. I want my rs 1000 or else i will have to approach police to find the culprit. Card number [protected].

    When I checked the balance on my card now with WS it showed 1000 balance. Pls investigate the transaction. As on 19/08/2019 it shows 0 balance in the Powai store. I have receipts., and on 22/08/2019 it is 1000 balance by WS.. Msg.

      I have bought a kurta and lower set and it not even a month that i found today that it has got hole on the back side of the kurta. That was my birthday gift from my husband, i have wore it only twice as i bought that on 25 or 26 May, made the payment by credit card so i can show the proof of the same also. Bought it from westside store in rohini mall. See it in the below pics.

      I need the replacement of this.

      I was billed for a pair of shoes but the cashier did not put the shoes in the carry bag. Although one can say that the cashier might have made a mistake but I am pretty sure it was intentional.

      I ask for immediate compensation.
      Today I went in sgs mall n I apply for a membership card the staff said I will get msg frm westside and I dont get any card but they charge my card membership... when I get msg frm company its takes ome day after applied or what ? Suggest me whom to inform if I want my card ...

They just attached shoe pieces with gum thats y it's opened bottom of the layer just with in 7 months... I[censored] buy a shoe in platform with 500rs it will be get atleast one year... I go-to forum mall and asked about to manager, he replied reclusive answer...

        This is Gopichand, I buyed a shoes in Westside (forum mall Hyderabad) on Sept 2018 it's now 8 months completed...
        I never saw such type of poor and worst quality shoes in my life.At after 6 months shoe damage is begin now the entire bottom is coming out of the shoe.
        Just that is pasted with gum..

        What quality you are giving to customer .

        Today I went to forum mall and asked manager by showing shoe ..he is saying sometimes it would happened and we will again attach with gum and give it to you..
        Is that the right one he is offering and then I shouted on manager about the quality and he is saying ..what ever you want to do you can do..with rude voice, I throwed the shoe and come back..

        Please train the managers how polite and how to behave with a customers.

          I was charged 10 extra for the carry bag.

          I went to the westside store in a mall, after purchasing a pair of shoes, they added the cost of the carry bag in the bill provided.

          Although it has been recently clarified by the consumer commission that company cannot charge the cost of the carry bag from the customer for going green.

          I got a msg on my membership enrolled mobile number. Which mentioned a special discount on my birthday week upto 31march, 2019. Yesterday when i went for shopping, i got normal discount avail for all other members also. Then what's the meaning of this type of msgs. Just fake publicity to bring customers to their stores. I shopped more than 30k.

            I wanted to lodge a complaint about the scam going on at the west side ahmedabad. I being a club west member i received a message about the birthday discount that i could avail.
            I reached the isco mall, sg highway branch of west side, when i went for the billing i was told that my discount had already been used up and i couldn't use it agin.
            Well, i have not visited the store in nearly six months and neither have i shared my club west membership details.
            The store manager kept on dilly dallying. A mr. Sujit was trying to give me explain actions and a mr. Patel was trying to hide himself behind a pillar to guide sujit. This could not have been possible without an insider's dishonest intentions

                I visited their store with my friends at p&m mall, jamshedpur on 10.03.19 at around 8pm. After purchase & payment at the counter when we were leaving the store the metal detector at the gate beeped. Immediately 6-7 salesman apart from two security guards charged towards us & without a single question they started misbehaving with us as if we were thieves. I tried to make them understand that i have the bills & have done nothing wrong, but they were not in the mood of listening anything from us. After checking they finally found that it was the fault of their counter boy who forgot to remove the metal tag during billing & payment. After this they simply left without even a simple apology. When i complained to the floor in charge about the apology part he didn't seem to even concerned about my complain. We felt ashamed & sorry to visit any westside store & it was more annoying for us as myself & my friends all were tata group employees & this type of behavior is not at all expected from any tata company. Neither the attitude nor the behavior of westside staffs deserves to be called a tata product.

                  I am highly disappointed with the staff at preet vihar store. I was asked to pay 150 and get a card made for westside and was told that i will get extra 5% discount from my next shopping. After one week i visited again and at the time of billing i was told that 5% extra is applicable if i have gold card which i was never told at first point. After a good argument still they convinced me to get a gold card made and promised that i will get 5% extra from next time. Again after 2 weeks i went to the store and at the time of billing i was again refused to be provided the discount and i was told that its only applicable for limited time. I have never had such worst experience. All this information and argument was with a employee there named "min". He tries to be over smart wherein he is extremely rude and doesn't have a sense to talk to customer. I really want an action taken against this or i would really write to consumer court.

                      membership card fraud at westside(avoiding customer response)

At the billing counter the person asked me if i am interested in the membership card and told oct is your birthday month so you will get 20% discount on your shopping in oct. I opted for it. The person told me it will get activated in 7-10 days.

                      I again visited westside (Fc road, pune) on 12th oct and at the billing counter the guy said the offer...

                      I have not received my membership card yet

                      I have upgraded my card. Payment of 150 rs. Was done. I have not received the card yet, it's been around 2 weeks.
                      Not satisfied with the procedure.
                      Though i m a regular member but this shows ur irresponsibility.
                      I was even assured that icard will be delivered home within a week but no response yet. If this goes on, i will cancel all my cards.

                          I'm a regular customer of westside.
                          Recently i bought two kurta's from utsa range in octorber 2017. As usally i put the kurta in washing machine and it has left a lot of colour, causing my clothes also to be spoilt.

                          I did not expect this from westside products that they will leave so much colour and also my new kurtas have faded in just 2-3 washes.

                          Prior to this i bought 2 kurta's in aug 2017. Their cloth was so delicate.in first wash itself it formed many bubbles and the cloth is looking old.

                            I purchased a zuba blue kurtha from westside shop in coimbatore brookfields mall. After reaching back one day i wore it to office and i felt some uncomfortness in left sleeve. When i checked i found that there is a small hole/damage in that and to cover that up they have stitched that with hand in an improper manner which causes discomfort when u use your hand for typing. I send a mail to their customer care and also tried to contact them. Till now no response. That kurtha costs Rs /-1799 and i purchased that on 5th Feb 2017.

                              This time i have experienced the the worst product quality and im highly disappointed i bought a heels from westside 20 days ago and have wore them just thrice and the condition of heels is worst as if you are using it from years its too expensive and still the product quality is too bad i want some action to be taken asap im not writing this complaint just for the sake of writing i want my complain should be taken care of i dont know you guyz replace it or do watsoever you have to do but i need some action should be taken and resolve it asap or else i can carry forward this complain to another higher level, im a regulrar customer of your outlet i had never had any such issue but this time pls make sure take some action or within few days if i will not get any response for this i will carry forward it to nxt higher level then its my hard earned money i cant waste it on such degraded products.                                 I went to Westside store located in CSM mall in Noida, Sector-18 and bought a shirt. When i went to the billing counter, the cashier asked me to make a membership card which is free of charge. I filled out my details and asked him to make one. After coming home i realised that he has conned me and i have been charged Rs. 150 for the stupid membership.The Bill No. is SLF02W[protected], Dated: 18-Jan-2015, Cashier: Shanoo, Bill Time: 05:41:26 PM.

                                    I have purchased Hush Puppies shoe for Rs.3200 in Lifestyle in Express Avenue in Chennai on[protected] and went to westside in the same mall. After purchasing the shoe i have put the bill inside the cover and went to westside for purchase. Before entering into Westside i have given my shoe in the cloak room, since they will not allow inside with the luggage and purchased clothes. While returning back i have given token and taken the cover without checking since they have return back the lifestyle cover. I thought it was my cover and came to home. After reaching home i have seen the cover was changed which has Louis Philippe shoe inside. I have checked with Westside and Lifestyle so far that someone may come and replace. Till now i have not received any response and even westside said we are not responsible. Please suggest how to proceed further.
                                    I have below documents
                                    1. I have bill which i purchased clothes in Westside
                                    2. I will get duplicate bill from lifestyle for shoe purchase
                                    3. I have checked with lifestyle that the shoe which i have now was sold by them on the same day. This i have checked with bar code.
                                    4. The cost of the hush puppies shoe is Rs.3200 whereas louis philippe is Rs.3999.
                                    Please suggest.

                                      today i have purchased garments &accessories from your westside shop.in your cash counter they did not pack the commodities on top of that i was asked for extra charge for a package,i did not pay anything and i took it without a package.my question is shudnt a big store like yours provide with an alternative widout so abruptly asking 4 xtra paymnt? if you are really following the banning of plastic bags then it is really appreciable but being a customer what should i do?should i always carry a bag with me or pay extra 4 dat?? a big store like yours shud hav alternatives as well.

                                      westside — Inordinate delay and confusion at the time of billing

                                      Today I shopped at Westside and then began to regret it after reaching the payment counter.I was told that my total was 1726/ which was fine by me.I was also told that they would need to make three different bills and that I would be entitled to a card and 100/ voucher.
                                      However what my complaint is the amount of time that was wasted and the confusion caused.It was just made so complicated.And this happens every time in the same store.Something really needs to be done or I need to stop going there.Details of my many bills are as under.
                                      BILL NOS.SLF02W[protected], SLF02WO[protected],SLFW[protected],SLF02W[protected],
                                      BILL DATE:15-1-12
                                      BILL TIME;6:24;53,6:32:15,6:34:6:37:20,
                                      HOWEVER THE SALE TIMES WERE6:33,6:36 AND 6:48 respectively and they would have had me waiting there another hour if I had waited for the fourth bill!!!
                                      By the end I was absolutely fed up and all the joy of shopping had vanished into thin air.I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE STORE EVEN AT THE COST OF LEAVING EVERYTHING BEHIND( but i did not do that).

                                      Westside — Misbehaving

                                      I recently bought a Dress and the accessories with it. The Showroom didn't pack the accessory and now calling upon them, They are Ignoring and not paying any attention. This was not Excepted from a Brand like this. Look After it.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am a very loyal customer of Westside. I am a Clubwest member since last 5 years. However, of late I find the Clubwest member service to be too dissapointing. My details are as follows:

                                        Name - Anandarup Das
                                        Clubwest Card No.[protected]
                                        Phone No. - [protected]

                                        Complaint 1 - I have made a lot of purchases from westside however none of the points are added to my card. I spoke to the customer care desk at the 22 Camac Street, Kolkata outlet a number of times and did lodge a number of complaints. Every time I have been committed a revert within 20 calendar days, however nobody reverted ever. As per the customer service desk representative, points worth Rs. 8000 approximately are yet to be added to my account.

                                        Complaint 2 - My card has an expiry date of June 2010. But my card shows expired since March 2010. Similar complaints have been raised a number of times with westside. However, nothing worked out.

                                        It seems westside is least interested to address customer complaints. This is absolutely not expected out of a brand which is as big as Westside.

                                        I am writing this with a lot of hope that this time my issue would be addressed.

                                        I am visited the westside retail outlet but no body give me the proper answer.

                                        one o[censored]r staff was not enter the bill in my westside club card by
                                        this reason i am not getting my pandent and he was promiss me to enter
                                        the bill detail in westside club card.

                                        Kindly do the needful and give me the proper answer.

                                        Just because of this thing i was take a leave from my office kindly
                                        confirm me in which date i will come for the pandent.

                                          I purchased a Laptop Bag from Westside SGS Mall Pune. they told we give guaranty that it is water resistant and will go un rebreakable till 1 year. Within 15 days Bag both handle got breaked off and no water resistantancy is there.

                                          Which is a fair cheating product.

                                          I have bought Kurtis from west side in the dec- jan 2011 sale and all of them have been fading. I will have to wash each one separately since they run out of colour.I would like to know if I can get them exchanged or is there no colour guarantee.
                                          I'm a regular customer of Westside, Recently I bought two kurta's from Utsa Range in Octorber 2017. As usally I put the kurta in washing machine and it has left a lot of colour, causing my clothes also to be spoilt.

                                          I did not expect this from westside that products will leave so much colour and also my new kurtas have faded in just 2-3 washes.

                                          Prior to this I bought 2 kurta's in Aug 2017. Their cloth was so delicate. In first wash itself it formed many bubble and the cloth is looking old.

                                          PLEASE MAINTAIN GOOD QUALITY OF CLOTH AND COLOUR DYE.

                                          Now I stopped recommending Westside to my friends as well as I might not shop from westside, unless they assure the customers of good quality.

                                            I have purchased Items from Westside - Ahmedabad (LawGarden Area) at that time they have shown me some club membership schme and I have filled up the form and was told by the counter person that I will be getting card within 45 days and benefits will be recd on the same.

                                            After that I have purchased three times from the Westside same outlet... each time they told... kindly give your moblie no. , landline number so your reward points can be ensured..... last time on 4/12/2009 bill no: SLF02W[protected] when I made purchase and seen the bill it was showing another card members details with Name SHREYA MATHEW.... with ref to card no: WOW[protected] ADDRESS: 2A, CENTURY TOWERS, AHMEDABAD. CASHIER NAME WAS: SHASUT.

                                            Now can anyone suggest how it can be possible that i am making purchase and another person is getting benefits out of that????? WHAT IS THE FUN OF GIVING SUCH CARD AND MEMBERSHIPS IF WE ARE NOT GETTING ITS ACTUAL BENEFITS?????? AND I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NOW ONWARDS FROM WESTSIDE AS THEY MAKE FOOL TO PEOPLE.                                             I was to reseive my Card by August but on repeatedly asking i'm only told that my card was despatched in November end which never reached me. There is no prompt help from your customer care. they just dont seem to be bothered. If anybody actually cares do contact me on details feeded on my account in your system..

                                            My name's Gitanjali Mukherjee and I'm a resident of Kolkata. On the 11th of October I purchased items from Westside of which I am a loyal customer and I was told that my card was expired so I had to apply for a new one and that the existing points would be added. I was also told that I would receive the new card within 10-15 days. So when it was the 27th I called the store, and it was amazing that I actually got through. I'll tell you why, when you have numbers published everywhere, there's a reason right? So when you have a phone, you're supposed to answer it right? Then why is it so that after calling 23 times on one day AND I'M NOT KIDDING, why could someone not answer it even once? It's the lousiest customer service ever!!! So it was a miracle when I got through and then I was told that the new card was on the way and the 539 points that had to be transferred had been done there.

                                            However, when I called them today, after 13 tries, I was told that the points would not be added and there was no card under that name because the points had expired and so I would not be getting a card. Now obviously I'm not an who applied for a new card just so I wanted many blank cards with me. I applied for it with a reason. And just for your information, whenever I did go in to the store to purchase something and redeem the points I was always told that the server was down. Now isn't it very coincidental and convenient that when the time comes to redeem points or transfer points something has to go wrong. So what I am saying here is that now I don't have a card yet and my points won't be transferred. Just know that if these points have expired it's all because of your store in Kolkata, more so the one in Camac Street, the one I always go to.

                                            I have been harassed enough. Tomorrow I'm giving it one last shot. I want the points transferred, expired or not and I want the new card and then I want compensation for the harassment. And for God's sake, pick up the receiver when there's a call. We don't just call to hear the phone ring. It's not something that amuses us.
                                            By the way my name's Gitanjali but because I was operating from my sister's account the user name is different. She can guarantee that.

                                              no complains about the sales services they are one of the best. but i dono why they have problems with the after sales support. they somehow convince me to buy a westside membership card. i did. and now they allow me to make purchases and addup to the cards points. but they have taken time dispaching the membership card. its 9months now. now i have changed my addres, mobile no. and also requested them to change that in there database(4months...
