I have received a damaged item in order number 1802119. The item was just packaged in some brown paper despite being very fragile. I have tried returning it but the delivery partner rejected it saying they can’t accept a broken item due to quality check. I don’t understand why there would be a quality check for a damaged item when they have given an option for returning damaged item?? I want my refund ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
