Westside — I was charged 10 extra for the carry bag.

I went to the westside store in a mall, after purchasing a pair of shoes, they added the cost of the carry bag in the bill provided.

Although it has been recently clarified by the consumer commission that company cannot charge the cost of the carry bag from the customer for going green.

My first purchase in westside and they gave me a feedback code. But I can't redeem it. It says already used which is not true. I purchased just yesterday. I am trying to redeem it but it seems you are not genuine and merely trying to dupe customers.

Hello, is any concerned person going to have a look to the original complaint????
This is no joke going on... are you guys looting the public of India by gathering ₹10 from each of them, just for the sake of brown bag you are providing.
