I placed an online order on 23/11/25 consisting of 3 items. The order got divided into two with 1 item with one order id and another 2 with other order id. Only one of my order got delivered. I want to know whats the status of the other, there has been no update it has been 5 days since. I called your customer care, apparently there is no customer care, no one lifted the call. And two ladies picked up my call, heard my concern and then cut the call. What kind of play is this? Playing with people’s time and money. Kindly help me out regarding this.
