This is to inform you that i went to one of your store in Airia mall Gurgaon where i met Mr Mohit (the so called Manager) and Mr Kundan Singh where i asked them that this is my birthday month and why you guys have been mention my wife’s wrong date of birth, first of all they asked show me the proof and all and when i said who dare you ask me this, then they replied we need to have a proof and all. I simply asked them when you approach customer to start membership why don’t you take a proof that time so later they were mentioning this is a system glitch and we will write a email and check but if it get resolved also still you can use it from next year. Kundan was saying something and Mr Mohit was saying something else. They should need a proper training specially to Mr Mohit, he does not even know how TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER. Such an TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Being such a reputed brand with such an HORRIBLE STAFF. When i said if your relative would have been there at my place what you would have done, they replied FOR THEM WE ARE HERE SO YOU NEED NOT TO WORRY. I asked i would like to speak to store manager Mr Mishra, they said he is not available they went to the metro where no signals so i cant contact them too. Then later i gave one of my known number then they checked and replied “ ok sir on this you can renew membership and after 24 you get your billed done later they took money from my card and after that they were showing tantrum, called that people and check for discount and all. Even though they have taken the money from my card. WHY DID YOU TOOK MONEY FROM MY CARD WITHOUT MENTIONING ALL THIS?? Such a scam they guys are running. In the end Mr Mohit said sir i am sorry i will pay from my pocket and all.
Mr Kundan said sir as per your request in two days it will changed later Mr Mohit came in and said Kundan are you sure. Mr Mohit wanted me to pay extra as he does not want to help customer at all.
So being a privilege customer to westside is a huge mistake as people working with westside aria mall specially Mr Mohit and Kundan Singh. They do not have a courtesy to talk to a customer.
PFA THE BILL FOR YOUR REFERENCE. Because of all this crap i end up paying Rs 2000 extra and the time they guys has wasted.
These kind of people can only ruins company image nothing else. This is strange how come you guys hire such people. DONT YOU HAVE SUCH PARAMETERS OR QUALITY CHECKS!!
2000rs is nothing for a brand but for someone it is an HARD EARNED MONEY. INSTEAD OF 8000rs, i ended up paying 10, 001 because of such unprofessional people (Mr Mohit- So called Manager).
I seriously do not understand why you being such a big brand not taking proof at the time of enrollment into membership then why you dare asked me at the time of redemption of birthday discount.
If you have little courtesy you should pay back the extra amount you guys have taken . Rest you can continue with your scam games with the customers.
I WILL MAKE SURE TO BOYCOTT WESTSIDE WITH ALL MY NEAR AND DEAR ONES.
