I placed above order on 29th October 2015 & received. it's a cheap quality & duplicate goods. Inferior goods & I tested. It's giving only 12% power backup after recharging of 1hr. 2nd power bank checked on the next day & that also given only 18% of the power back up. Absolutely duplicate. Not responding for my phone calls & requested to arrange for replace with other item. They suggested to send back the item to... The Returns Section, Whaaky, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016. and sent several mails to [protected]@whaaky.com. Its been returned to above mentioned address (which is mentioned their website) through DTDC Courier(No.H[protected] on 5th November & they received on 6th November.
