Got 2 10000mah power Banks at the cost of 949Rs // Received Broken Pieces inside & looking like its too old & that too it looks like a Second Hand product. when made a Call to its Customer care number, Instead of Charging for Call no response from their End. I want to return this Order & get My money back.

I have also face same problem, I have order 2 sony power bank of 10000 mAH of Rs.949 on 5th oct'15 and material delivered on 7th oct'15 without any formal invoice. Found broken iron kind of small rod inside and in not working condition. Try to contact with customer care but they are not receiving phone calls. I need customer care assistance how to return the material to Whaaky.com & want my money back by next 7days otherwise I have to go for consumer forum.
