Dear Sir/ Madam, Please refer my order no S[protected]HYDWOL3001652 dt 30 Aug 13. I spoke to one Mr Kushal during then to inform him about the broken Nova iron that was received at my end. In turn he wanted me to send the photos of the broken item which were sent on the next day to [protected]@whaaky.com from my daughter's email [protected]@gmail.com. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and regd mob no is [protected]. I have not received any intimation about the replacement till date.
