Whaaky.com — Did not receive the refund after one month

This is to inform you that, I have bought a MI Power Bank(Order No: S[protected] from whaaky.com. And received a fake product . I have sent the item back and they acknowledged the return. They also told that the refund will be reflected to my account within 5 working days. Now 1 and half months over. Still I did not receive any refund. Please look after this matter and take necessary action regarding this.
