To whom this is concern, i bought an product through whaaky.com (Sony Power Bank @499). But i received the product defected as it was not working. So i sent that back to their given address and asked for refund. i got their mail at 2nd of Oct. that they will refund my money with 5 working days. its 5th of Nov and i still didn't get my money back. Also attaching their mail. i want your team to take serious action with these type of fraud seller. below are my detail.
