Whaaky.com — Diliverd to fake 2 mi power bank

I order 2 mi power bank from whaaky and they deliver me fake and duplicate power bank then when i complain them they said for replacement you have to courier that fake item to us. And now they are not replying to me even though they receive my courier and they make confirmation about it. It has been around 2 months from my order. So please take some action against them. I mailed many times to them but they are not even replying to me. The cost of product is around 1500 including courier charges. I belongs to a middle class family and it matters to me a lot. They also made such type of fraud with one of my friend also. I request to you to take some serious and legal action against that whaaky.com which is a fraud company.
