My dear customer service executive, My order Id is "S[protected]" thats 7 linen shirt for 1499 + 150 for RS 1649 COD. I have ordered item on[protected] & after placing the order the next thing I do is to sent an mail to your support team giving my order Id & saying the details of my chest size is 42 regular & I need this ordered item only if the size XL which is the maxim size offered in the site, suits my 42inch chest size, otherwise I want to cancel it & please don't send the item. But there where no response from your team. All I get is an order confirmation mail & message. Now I got this product delivered on[protected] morning from India post & when I open it & try the shirt, I was shocked that its too small for me too small so that I couldn't even put it on. More over the quality was so poor that one tight pull could break it in to two pieces. Just Leave the quality thing because at this rate mostly it must be of poor, I fell for this trap seeing the picture of the shirt that whaaky display in that promo offer. Ahh just leave all these aside. I just want whaaky team to please pls plsss respond & make a decision on my case. I don't want to waste my money just for nothing. Please issue my refund as early as possible. And also tell me what are the procedure for initiating refund. I've had post this on 9th December till date no response this is irritating & worst experience.
This is the copy of mail which I've send you as reply. Please check your support team mail box to find out the attached images.
Dear customers care executive,
I'm extremely happy to see your reply, actually I was bit worried for not seeing any reply from your side yet.
For your kind information the product is not faulty or defective one, actually if you go through my message it's clearly mentioned that its the size which matter. The size of the shirts you have provided is small for me its only 40 inches. I'm 42 relaxed in size so that I can't even fit into it.
Anyhow I'm attaching some picture's to show how it fits to me. Also some stains there in some of the shirts but it not at all a problem. Actually the shirt size is not fit for me and at time of order, I have send an acknowledgement mail to your support team (with order: Id) giving clarification about my size & request them only to ship my order if the mentioned size is available otherwise to cancel it.
Even after giving all the detail you have send the small sized one that why I need my refund. Because I can't use it.
Hope you will take what ever action is needed & provide my refund as soon as possible.
