[Resolved] Whaaky.com — Items not received | |||
I have ordered for 3 different items on[protected]. My order number is S80338447. Out of 3 items, 2 items I have received but last 1 items I have not received till[protected]. More than 20 working days are passed. I have sent number of emails to support team and I have also made so many calls to customer support. But every time customer support executive told me that my item will be dispatched with in 3-4 days. But the fact is I have not received my pending item. I have demanded for refund also but they denied to refund my money. So I request to either send my my pending item immediately or give me refund. The courier people are not inform properly.
You can choose better courier in Ooty.
We purchased a lot from other online shopping, which are all delivered promptly by other couriers.
In the beginning your online shopping was very prompt, by that time I purchased.
After April this patiyala set not delivered even now.
Any how I ordered Peter England shirit, that also not delivered even now.
But COD items are delivered promptly.
You can choose better courier in Ooty.
