Dear Sir we make an order before 50 days from whaaky.com(order no.:S[protected]after one month they send the Trackon courier no.:[protected]on 4th December srinagar office had received this but unfortunatly from many requests they response finally that we did not receive the parcel we receive electronically but physically we not able to find it.Cklearly they said we did not receive anything. Now my request is that neither they deliver the order which is made almost two months before nor they refund the amount.
