Order Details : S.No Item Name Order No Qty Estimated Dispatch Date Price 1 Samsung Dhamaka @ 699 S[protected] Ships in 8-10 business days Rs. 699.0 Since the merchandise was not dispatched even on 28/9/15 I sent a complaint "I regret to inform you that despite your promise that items ordered would be shipped within 8-10 days, , the item ordered by me as per order no. S80931522 has not shipped till now. Hope you will do the needful. Then after one more complaint the item was reported to have been dispatched under consignment no.DEL[protected] on 7.10.15 Since I did not receive the product even after one week I tracked the shipment and to my horror I found that I have been duped and the company has sent me a consignment apparently addressed to some place in Delhi. The mail I sent in response to the finding is not answered till date.
