Order no. S80991593 for 2 no. sony power banks was placed by me on the website www.whaaky.com on 19/10/2015, I was assured about the delivery within 10 days of placing the order but even after 1 month I have not received the products. I have tried to call repeatedly o customer support number available at their website i.e.[protected] but the phone is never answered. I have mailed on their email address [protected]@whaaky.com for refund of amount paid for the order, but haven't got any satisfactory response. I am raising this complaint in hope of early resolution and refund of Rs. 799 paid by me for the order at the earliest. Jaiprakash Ramchandani Mob. [protected]

Above details are available in my whaaky.com account but when I am trying to track the order on TRACKON courier website "Consignment Number[protected] not found" message comes.

I doubt whether www.whaaky.com has sent the courier or have just conned be.
