[Resolved] Whaaky.com — Order No:S80290879 not shipped yet | |||
I placed order on April 4th 2014 for formal shirts and 2 Cantabil denims but the same have not been shipped yet. I sent six mails to customer care but got the same copy and paste answer from them. Customer care executive never reads the content of query. They just copy the answer, paste the same and reply the query. I called many times but calls were never answered. Every time I am put on hold and after 3-4 minutes calls are disconnected. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks forum for helping me.
I got product 3 days back. Quality of the product was beyond any words. It was wrapped properly but the quality was too bad to say. I got two second hand local jeans pant which everybody can get roadside at the cost of 50-60rs.Whakky mentioned "Cantabil" denims while promoting the products on website but the actual product was different. Both jeans pants were second hand local pant, poor in quality, elephant size etc. I was controlled myself as I was to abuse customer care. I dumped both pants in garbage box that time only.
My personal feedback for Whakky will be "fraud, cheater etc" as it is playing with customers on the name of cheaper price of products. Guys, my request is not to do any shopping here.
