I have order a woodland shoe on 27.03.2014 my order no. is S80272206 till now i have not received. On March 31st 2014, i revceived a mail from Mr.Syed Sajid (syed.[protected]@way2online.com) executive of whaay.com as given below; Dear A Maheswaran, This is to inform you that due to public holidays like Holi / Ugadi / Financial year end / onset of elections, there has been interruptions in the dispatch of Woodlands Shoes from the brand. The dispatches would be delayed by a week’s time. We are expecting to dispatch them by Saturday. To compensate for the inconvenience, we would be sending a gift alongside. Once dispatched, you will receive a consignment number and courier name related to the dispatch. Kindly bear with us till then. Thanks & Regards Whaaky Team Again on 7th april 2014, I received a mail saying as given below, Dear Customer, As promised by us during confirmation of your order, your order will be shipped in another 4 business days. In case we don’t ship within the said timeline, you will receive a surprise gift along with your order as a compensatory benefit for the inconvenience caused. We request you to accept your consignment at the time of delivery. We wish to reason out that owing to the nature of our business model where 2 or more different products have to be brought together on a common pAgailatform and then plan for dispatch, can at times cause delay due to unforeseen reasons. We would request your sincere co-operation in this regard. Once dispatched, you will receive a consignment number and courier name for your dispatched order. You may track the same in the concerned courier website. As per first mail i suppose to get my consignment number by 5th April 2014 but i didn't receive and at least as per 2nd mail i should have been get my consignment number, still i didn't receive. I tried to mail and call them no use of it, no proper response through mail and they never pick up a call. So through this portal i warn them strongly to deliver the woodland shoe (original) and a watch as ordered. If its not happening i ll take this issue into consumer court and make a big problem. No use of that reply from Whaaky.com, its seems like automatic reply from their side. Atleast they should inform about product delivery confrimation but i felt they wont or never do that at all. Anyway i planned to rise this issue to consumer court, let see what ll happen.
