Whaaky.com — refund against faulty power bank | |||||
I had placed order for a power bank in Aug'18 of 20000 MAH. The product was faulty as it could not charge mobile phone in spite of showing full charge on power bank. I complaint to Whaaky and sent back the product to them at my own cost. I speed post on 21st August and I got back the product after repair on 19th of September. This time, I found that they did not provide the charging cable, and the power bank is unable to charge a 4000 mah mobile battery just 5% in one hour. I asked for refund and whacky agreed and asked me to ship the produt back. I again couriered the power bank to Hyderabad. On 25th of September they confirmed my refund after receiving the power bank. I was asked to wait 45 working days to get the refund when I started following up. After 45 working days over, they revised the date as 31st Dec'18, then 10th Jan'19 and then 31st Jan'19. Till 18th Jan at 8-20 pm, my refund is not made. It is not only the product price, but also I incurred twice the shipping charge. Was this information helpful? | |||||
