Whaaky.com — Regarding replacement of refund of my product............

I have send back 02 nos of MI power bank to whaaky for replacement or refund of the the power banks since these are not found in OK condition. one of the whaaky executive call me and ask for the shipping charges of the courier i have told them that 250 rs charged by the courier and he told me that this 250 rs will be refund to by your mobile recharge and the battery banks also send you back with replace to new one it will take a week time ... till now when almost a month is coming to over neither we get the replacement not refund... Pls do the needfull... i am also attached the image of the mail received by the whaaky.com...
