I have also made the same order - Puma Shoes with Beats Headphones (Order # S[protected] but below is what I received -
Shoes - Selected Size : 7-Black; Received : 6-pathetic shade of Blue/Green. Very much doubtful over the quality of the Shoes although PUMA is written over it.
Headphones - DUPLICATE, not at all a Beats Headphone. No where beats is mentioned over the product as well. Worst of all, one side of earpiece also not working since the day of receipt. Very bad sound quality from the other side.
Please see if this can also be brought to their notice and can be resolved asap.
