[Resolved] Whaaky.com — using attractive images for product representation and providing an entirely different substandard product | |||
Hi I had placed an order on whaaky.com (Regd Add: Way2Online Interactive India Pvt Ltd, Second florr/Hansa Creston 22nd October 2013 Plot No. 62, Road No. 1/ Jubilee Hills/ Hyderabad-500034). for a sweater that was Grey and Black print (please see the image below). The parcel that was received on the 26th of October was a completely different print and a different color. The customer care number[protected] provided is firstly never reachable the working hours mentioned on the website).After several attempts I got in touch with them on Monday 28th October 2013 at 11:49 a.m. and I spoke to a lady first and when I told her that I received an entirely different product she did not say anything and she transferred the call to another person who began to argue with me and started playing with words saying that "do not go by the picture on the website we have ensured the V neck or the round neck as per the order placed but the rest could be a different color or design or pattern on the material. On the website the clause that has been mentioned is "Images are for representation purpose. Actual product may vary slightly in colour / design" But the product that I have received is entirely different in color, pattern/print on the material, it is faded and the person who the call was transferred to was talking very rudely, was taking advantage of the fact that the description on the website is vague and he was changing meanings of the sentences mentioned on their website as per his convenience and finally he randomly cut the call on my face and now when I am calling them back they are not answering my call again . I would want this piece to be replaced at the earliest. (I do not want a faded, old sweater that has the stitches coming off).As per the terms and conditions in the invoice it has been mentioned that goods would be replaced if there is a damage or defect.As per my understanding a faded old sweater and a product that has stitches coming off is a damaged or defected product. Hence I would want a replacement for this sweater and I do not want the same design.I would like to request you for a design and color that is similar to the picture displayed on the website (if it is not possible for an exchange or for a different design and color then please return the money back)
Lastly, I had sent a mail yesterday to [protected]@whaaky.com regarding the same matter but received no response (as mentioned earlier customer service is very poor).
Please act on this matter at the earliest
