Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — amount not refund after return of product | |||||
I had ordered one samsung power bank + bluetooth from whaaky.com on september 5, 2018 with order id wh[protected] and received the order on september, 6 2018. But when i checked the power bank i found it is of substandard quality and bluetooth is not working. So requested whaaky to return the product on september, 7 2018 and whaaky accept the refund on september 11, 2018 so i send the product to whaaky. On 24-sep i query about refund and whaaky reply that refund will done on or before 11th oct 2018 but i didn't got refund. Then i send 2nd query about refund 12 oct 2018 and whaaky reply for refund on or before 19th oct 2018 but i didn't got the refund. Similarly they commit refund on or before 1 nov 2018 and refund on or before november 1st week. But so far i didn't got refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
