I have booked sony power bank through Whaaky.com on 4th oct'2015, which offered 2 Sony 10000mAh powerbank at a Rs. 949 by cash on delivery mode.I have received the same on 7th oct'2015. After receiving the items one powerbank does not work and another one can carry charge maximum upto 10 minutes, most importantly there is no informal invoice neither soft copy nor hard copy provided by the shopping portal. Apart from this I have cross check original sony power bank at retail shop it was more heavier than supplied one. After that I lodge a formal complain to the website customer complaint cell and trying to reach them through phone several time.But on one is working.So I bound to lodge complain to Indian consumer complaints forum for proper justice. Maine online samsung ke 3 memory card purchase kiye (order number-S[protected], or memory na chlne par samsung service center par baat ki unhone btaya memory card fake hai, maine whaaky ke service center par baat ki to unhone ak address dekar mujhe product couriour krne ko kha maine product couriour kr diya par ab wo fone bhi nhi utha rhe or na mujhe mere paise wapas kr rhe hai .please help me, mujhe paise or compansesiondono chaiye.

I am Akhilesh Singh and I booked a 5 causal shirt and I got the product but got the different product so i want to return the product and refund my money. I send the mail on whakky. Com but not any action so i want to complain about this matter

I have ordered product. And pay amount 749 from Debit Card after that i receive msg on mobile that my order is confirmed. I checked status of this order it showing in process. I call and mail them so many time but no response from their side. And Today is 12th-Nov-2015 I have not Received my Order. Please Take Strict Action against whaaky

Hi, I am Dhananjay Ray ordered a combo of 3 SD cards of samsung -order no.S[protected] no 8th nov'15 from Whaaky.com This was delivered in 11th nov'15 to me. I paid INR 1199/- for the same through netbanking.
Now, the is all 3 cards are not working. I doubt these are duplicate and not worth the amount which I paid for it. I tried contacting Whaaky them on[protected] however there is no response and no one pick up the phone.
I want you to help me getting my money refund as early as possible and take appropriate action towards whaaky. Com providing duplicate products to customers and snatching away the hard earned money from them. Also, it spoiled my entire excitement of having the good storage of data availability to me.

I placed above order on 29th October 2015 & received. it's a cheap quality & duplicate goods. Inferior goods & I tested. It's giving only 12% power backup after recharging of 1hr. 2nd power bank checked on the next day & that also given only 18% of the power back up. Absolutely duplicate. Not responding for my phone calls & requested to arrange for replace with other item. They suggested to send back the item to... The Returns Section, Whaaky, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016. and sent several mails to [protected]@whaaky.com. Its been returned to above mentioned address (which is mentioned their website) through DTDC Courier(No.H[protected] on 5th November & they received on 6th November. From that date, they are not responding to my calls[protected] & to my e-mails also. I paid Rs.949 as COD.

I had ordered (S[protected] Sony power bank but haven't received yet.Strangely enough, i cannot find any shipping details in track order column & one seems to be responding to phone calls made on[protected], the number listed on your website their listed address.They are making money just by giving fake price details.I had the worst experience on the site.

I mailed to citruspay.com payment gateway for help but they said "we request you to contact way2online retail pvt ltd with the above mentioned transaction id's and they will be more than happy to help you."

I have a complaint today on your site. they are call me and ask me for if we are return your money through online banking. but they are ask me my inter banking id and password. when i am not agree they are proposal then they disconnect my call from there end. this type of service whaaky.com online shopping provide.

Dear Sir i have purchase some clothing material from whaaky.com. he's Commited whithin 7-10 working days delivered that material but now is almost 30days is gone and still i am not getting any intimation from buyer. i have already paid for that sum of Rs. 2500.00, they are not responding my mail and phone calls . kindly do the action about this website .
