I had booked Power Bank (2) online from www.whakky.com
by Order No.S80974219 on 11.09.2015 and the same was received by me on 13.09.2015 (Invoice not received) (through JAWAS Courier). but both the Power Bank not working so I want to return the same and get my money back.
For the above matter I had submitted a complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in
and got a reply from Whaaky

So I have returned The defective product (Order No: S[protected] booked on 20/10/2015 through Speed Post
No.EM[protected]IN and delivered on 26/10/2015 (as per online tracking status) to the address given in the mail received from Whaaky
But till date I have not get my money back.
Please help me to get my hard earned money back.
