I shopped smart watch from whakky.com with order number wh[protected] on dtd 25th sept. But order is not delivered & in shipping tracking details its shows item returned on dtd 8th oct but after 20 days has been passed and not get the my amount refund.
No body responded on provided customer care number after trying multiple times even no response on mail.

I hav orderes mi 20000 mah two (2) powerbanks for rs.999 and paid cash on delivery rs.1150/-and received only one samsung 20800 mah for wat i hav paid which is a duplicate product which tat too is not working. I am very much disappointes and i[censored] r not going to replace the product immediately within two days or repay my cash immediately or else i will take legal actions against ur company. Such a worst response and i hav ordered mi powerbank 20000 mah 2 numbers for rs.999/-and i hav received samsung mah 20800 which is a duplicate company and i dont want this product replace my product or pay my cash back to me such a fraudulent which u have done. I[censored] were not replacing me the original mi 20000 mah powerbanks (2) within two days for wat i hav already paid to u orelse repay my cash immediately orelse i will surely file a complaint against ur company i need immediate response from u oresle i am ready to file a complaint againt u and post this in fb and wats up to each and everyone. My sister is a lawyer and i no need to take action immediately so try to take necessary actions to avoid unwanted problems and do the needful. My order number wh[protected]

Few days back i ordered 2 mi 20000mah power bank that was in combo for rs 999 from the site whaaky.com but today i received power bank of company samsung. I want to return this order. And also i'm not getting any option to return it on the site whaaky.com
Help me to resolve this issue. How do i return this order guide me. And also i want my money to be refunded. This is not the way. This was my first experience with this site. I paid rs1140 for this order.

By searching about their review online. I found fraud / scams cases, i decided to claim refund.

They forceably delivered product after requesting order cancel by email twice same day on 18th oct.

On unboxing, i found different fake brand (Vivo) 1 unit only delivered which was refurbished with scraches badly

Can you refund my money.

Updated by tonykuma000 after they responded by email, their policy is weird.
1. return thru courier at their address
2. return within 4 business day.

It will take 8 days by road DTDC courier to destination costing me 550 rupees to claim 1000 rs.
this is rubbish policy. it seems 100% scam/fraud people

whaaky people knew how to make people fools with tactics

They are some ### people of gang masterminding by playing with innocent customers.
