Sir, i have purchasing the nokia 3g, c-5 mobile through online payment on[protected], order no. S[protected], and that mobile was delivered on[protected]. But the mobile was not satisfied due to battery was expended, old data is not erased, and touch is not working properly. So, please refund the amount of my account. Kindly send at the earliest. Contact no. [protected], [protected]

I ordered 2 branded jeans before 2months ago but right now i will not receive my order my order no is s[protected]. And also they are not receiving the call the no they are given in their site all time they are saying that "we are connecting" after that the call wii ended. Also i paid for this item @399 rupees through my debit card but right now nothing is happen. The product is not receive and the money also not refund. Please check this.

I ordered product and various times i phoned and mailed, but did not got product, so placed consumer complain today, whaaky team has telephoned me and asked me to transfer fund online to my account, they asked me my card no and other particulars, on my denial they told me that the not is recorded, and there nothing to worry. they made transaction for rs700, but otp expired, again they made transaction for rs 5000 and that too declined. meanwhile HDFC bank personnel telephoned me and asked me for transaction, i explained them the matter, they told me that amount has not debited and they have blocked card so that they may not initiate another transaction. the site is not only fraud but subsequently they also try to deceive public and withdraw money from their account. I request every one to be careful and not deal with this company

I am chinmaya maharana. I have purchased a mobile phone from whaaky. Due to some problem i want to return the product. I have completed return of the product according to the whaaky. They said that refund will be done in 7 to 10 days. But i have not getting any refund about 30 days from return of the product.

I didnt give my debit because you are debited in my account amount at 17 may 2016 debited at rs.34 in my account. It has to be create a fraud to pay the refund the amount will debited at 2 times (Rs.17) in my account. So the reason i didn't tell any more debit card number please to process refund for my account number details only. I you are refuse to pay i will complaint consumer rights department.

I purchese online power bank in whaaky.com but power bank is foulty and not give proper service. And i complain in whaaky but not reply received
I want to return your item because the quality is very bad and no back up of 10400 mah pawer bank. Only one time charge of 1500 mah battry. Dear sir, i want return this power bank. Because the backup of this power bank is nothing. So i return this item and and cancel the order no 96506429.

This is for your kind information that i had ordered (Order id - s[protected] for three half sleeves shirts and it is delivered to me yesterday. But very sorry to say that three shirts are of three different size and very poor quality. One of them is totally damaged condition and moreover all the three shirts are used one. The shirts which were on display were attractive but those which were send are of very poor quality.

But, still now i had not received the product. Even though, i had sent multipe mails to customer care e-mail "[protected]@whaaky.com", they are not yet responding and when i try to call their customer care number "[protected]", simply the call gets connected and disconnects immediately. What to do with this type of website. Kindly provide refund for my order or provide solution to punish these fraudsters.

I just tried on of the pant its tight to my waist. i asked them for money return. Also i had purchased a Reebok shoe, to which i received a duplicate & damaged shoe I had received a call from their customer care person and was promised for the fund return and from 7 months now still no signs of response on the fund return from their end. i have shown the receipt slip too for your confirmation that i have returned them the parcel.
I have all their email conversations as proof for dragging them to court.

I did not have any debit card in my surroundings so please replace the product or pickup to refund through cash on delivery sir. You are properly responds for my request your customer service is very poor compare to other online sellers. If you are not responds the customer properly when did the customer purchase other product from your network.

I had last online shopping last friday. Samsung guru mobile but one handset is ok and second handset is faulty. So i am return this order. Kindly provide me solution. I orded goods and articles from a website name whaaky. The same ordered article (Nicer dicer set) found damaged. When informed to whaaky, they responded to courier it back to hyderabad. I returned it long back and now whaaky is not responding to my mails.
I have claimed back courier charges also from whaaky it is their duty to deliver goods in good condition to me.

I received item but not working properly. Its a defective item. So i return the item through courier. And that is received by whaaky.com on 18th april and they reply me through mail that they will refund my balance through bank account. But i couldn't received my balance till date.

I have book 2 pecs samsung metro 312 mobile on 11.05.16 (For order no s[protected] but still this material not dispatched from company
When i track this order the status show 'preparing to ship' from last 72 hrs. Customer care no. Is also not responding, no one can pick the phone. I already paid the total amount. For this type of behavior from company i am 100% sure that company has cheated me and stole my money by fraud.

I still waiting for call or positive response from company side. But they are not pick the phone nor call me regarding this order.

After 6 days company dispatched my order. But again company has cheated me, and send me only 1 (One) quantity of my order instead of 2 (Two) wich i have order and pay rupees for 2 nos mobile also, with consignment of delhivery courier with ref. No.[protected].
Company totally doing fraud activities with quality also, bcoz ihave book samsung 312 metro mobile but they send me the duplicate material of same brand. I will also share my complain with samsung electronic for this matter for legal action. I am totally upset.
