Received the order but performance of Samsung portable battery pack 20800 mAh. Output is below as 4000 mAh. Please guide me to complaint/exchange of Battery pack as not working as per mentioned output. The battery bank which is not even stable for 1 hour. Need to take action as soon as possible else suggest the way or process for remedy. Product purchased online: Order Date: FRI JAN 26 2018 16:28:43 GMT+5:30 Complainant raised: 12th February 2018 Product returned: 8th March 2018 Still no response Last mail received on 29th March as Hi Whaaky.com, We do understand your concern as the delay from the vendor side we apologies that the product will be reshipped with in a week.and the consignment details will be shared with you.
