Order no: s[protected], product: intex 2.1 channel speakers I received a damaged piece of the above mentioned product, and i self shipped the product for replacement. I got the confirmation mail that you received and you will send the replacement product soon, but i did not receive it yet. And the i lost 950 rupees for the product and 150 rupees for the shipment.
