This is my order I'd S[protected], I have ordered Nokia 230 but I received duplicate mobile, during purchase they are not mentioning that it was refurbished etc, now I have returned the item to their address through dtdc, but still I am not getting any reply from them, this whasky customer care no is also not working that are not at all lifting the calls, why this stupid site are still maintaining it is a fraud site, I have already enclosed all the supporting documents like images of mobile, dtdc status report, and call disconected screenshots etc. Still iam not getting any reply from them, very stupid and careless behaviour.
