I have made an online order for 3 koutons shirts and Addidas Spri gblade shoes. The payment os INR 799 and INR 2599 respectively was made online on 05.Nov.15, to gift it to relative on diwali. The website claims to deliver the goods by 10 working days. Unfortunately it has been 1.5 months now and the goods havenot arrived. Many times I have tried to call them and writemails but no response has been received.They always told to see this matter with priority and later forget.There customer response is disappointing and frustrating. The purchaseorder I.Ds are S[protected]shoes) & S[protected] for shirts). I humbly request to either REFUND my money with interest or deliver the goods at the earliest.
